Conducted a due diligence on behalf of an investment entity relating to the acquisition of various black economic empowerment entities
Providing commercial legal services relating to the incorporation of a South African subsidiary of Capago SARL France
Conducted a review of the intellectual property policies of a development finance institution, reported on and drafted a comprehensive IP policy for the institution
Providing general commercial legal advice to a French multinational relating to incorporating a subsidiary in South Africa together with advice on black economic empowerment aspects of taking on a local shareholder
Providing transaction advice to a development finance institution on the acquisition of 40 percent of the target company by 14 SMMEs from the Eastern Cape, advised on the provision of funding for an employee share option scheme and the drafting all transactional documents
Advised a development finance institution on a transaction relating to the financing of a factory for the production and supply of railway sleepers to clients in Southern Africa
Providing legal and transaction advisory services to a state owned company in the transport sector on the construction of a rail link through a public private partnership.
