Candidate Legal Practitioner and Attorney Recruitment Process

PPM Attorneys typically completes its Candidate Legal Practitioner recruitment process by the end of May each year, for Candidate Legal Practitioners to start in the following year.

If your CV was not in by the end of April, it is likely you have missed the deadline. Associates are welcome to submit their CVs, which we will keep in the event that an opening arises.

Candidate Legal Practitioners

If you have completed your studies, preferably have an under-graduate degree in any discipline and a LLB degree, you are the person we are looking for.

We will require you to start your practical vocational training during January following the year in which you apply. You will be required to serve a full two year term.

We intend to pay a competitive and market-related salary.

Associates

If you are an Associate and have between one and two years post-admission experience in areas of law the firm practises, you are welcome to apply for a position at the firm. We are looking for Attorneys who thrive on the practice of Commercial Law and who are willing to learn.

If you don’t have a valid driver’s licence and your own transport, we expect you to get your driver’s licence and your own motor vehicle within the first three months of having started work. Applicants who already have a licence and a vehicle will be at an advantage. We intend to pay a competitive and market-related salary.
