This document is an Enforcement Notice issued by the Information Regulator in terms of section 77J of the Promotion of Access to Information Act, 2000 (PAIA). It directs the Gauteng Department of Health to disclose certain audit reports and procurement-related records requested by a complainant, following findings that the Department failed to comply with its obligations under PAIA and a prior settlement agreement.
